He was predeceased by: his father Gregory Lamb. He is survived by: his mother Shelley Davis (Chris Spiers); his children, Leo, Scarlett and Max; his sisters, Lynsey Smith (Rob Smith) and Victoria Spiers; his grandmother Paulette Davis; and his nephews, Gage and Jackson. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, anyone who would like to make a donation in memory of Frank is invited to contribute toward his children's future education.
