She was predeceased by: her husband James Irvin McKie (Jim); her children, Robert McKie, Susan, Linda McKie, James McKie (Jim), Thomas and Suzan McKie; and her sister Pearl (Don Plastow).

She is survived by: her siblings, Pat (George Ferguson), Linda (Tom Beaudoin), Judy (Mark Wagner) and Marcella (Dave Ward). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and their spouses.
