He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy May; his parents, James Harris and Emma Harris; and his children, George William Harris of Barrie and Margaret Harris of Bracebridge.
He is survived by: his children, Jean Comeau (John) of Bracebridge, Mary Yeomanson of Queensville and Stephen James Harris (Cathy) of Gravenhurst; and his daughter-in-law Ruth Harris of Barrie. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren, nieces and nephews abroad; friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Billingsley Funeral Home (430 Ravenscliffe Rd, Huntsville, ON P1H1L7).
