He is survived by : his former life partner Nancy West; his wife Laurene Hicks; his parents, Lillian and Loynal (Bud); his brothers, Tim (Tammy) and Andrew (Avril); his children, Shannon (Jesse Jones) and Brent (Samantha); his stepchildren, William Hicks (Rachel) and Amanda (Scott Smith); his father-in-law Eldon Harvey; and his grandchildren, Wesley, Olivia, Brooklyn, Clara, Lewis Jones, Danae, Seth Armstrong, Kostas, Maddox Hicks, Frank and Zoe Smith.
Wearing of masks or face coverings by everyone and maintaining social distancing of 6 feet is mandatory for those attending.
