He was predeceased by: his parents, Vera Rand and Jack Rand; and his siblings, Doreen, Bernie, Wilbert, Shelley, Carol and Marie.
He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Rand; his children, Wayne Jr. (Debbie) and Samantha (Jon Paul Evans); his grandchildren, Allison (Tyson), Dylan, Evan, Blake, Rayden, Logan (Nicole) and Cabe Evans; and his brother Henry "Sonny".
