She is survived by: her husband Patrick Tobin; her children, Holly Hand and Patrick Tobin; her grandchildren, Nathaniel, Breanna, Lorenzo and Sophia; her siblings, Frances (Derrick), Dave, Brian and Greg (Mary); and her siblings' children, Brendan, Daniel and Kelly.
