It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hubertus Henricus Theodorus Kampers of Ilderton, Ontario, who passed away on April 29, 2026, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marilyn Kampers (Leushner); his parents, Hubertus Kampers and Wilhelmina Kampers; his brother Ted Kampers; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Frank, Susan Kampers, Erma Kampers and Sheryl Kampers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sue Schram (David) of London, Debbie Kampers (Dave) of Ilderton and Kirsten Gabriel (Ben) of Tampa Bay, Florida.; his grandchildren, Garrett, Hudson and Jaimason; and his siblings, Bill Kampers, Mary Frank and Ben Kampers. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 29th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Haskett Funeral Home (223 Main St, Lucan, ON N0M2J0). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick Catholic Church (32922 Richmond St, Lucan, ON N0M2J0).
