She was predeceased by: her husbands, Kenneth McNeil and Grant Wales. She is survived by: her children, Brian McNeil (Mary Catherine), Scott McNeil (Rhonda) and Linda Brown (Mike); her grandchildren, Talina (Scott), Kailyn, Jennifer, Christopher (Jenn), Dayna (Dave), Kent, Tori (Connor), Molly, Emma, Alisana, Shannon, Brittney, Carly and Cameron; and her great grandchildren, Vivian Lucy May, Ella, Oliver, Lucas, Joelle, Rushton, McKinlay, Jamie, Lauren and Jack. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends.

In lieu of flowers donations in Lucy's memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Society.
