He is survived by: his wife Conny Schuurman (Vrolyk); his children, Stephen (Lisa), Greg, Pascale (Michael) and Jzero (Renee); his grandchildren, Christian, Chantel (Bobby), Shayla, Jackson and Maxwell; his great grandchildren, Leo, Penny, Liam and Mia; his sisters, Thea (Richard) and Vera (Dick); and his siblings-in-law, Tineke (Frank) and Bert (Els). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
