He was predeceased by: his parents, Judy Collins (Mills) and Robert Collins Sr.; his grandparents, Rosemary, Clyde Mills, Connie, Jean Collins and Louise Collins; and his aunt Christi Henderson (Mills).

He is survived by: his aunts, Brenda Mills David (Ken) and Catherine Schell (Andrew); and his cousins, Christie (Scott), Julie (Noah), Jill Nathan (Russ), Rebecca, Stephen (Abby), Jakob, Barry, Myles, Owen, Logan, Tyson and Peyton.

In lieu of flowers donations to MS Canada, Heart & Stroke, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family.
