He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Van Acker and Yvonne Van Acker; and his brother Danny Van Acker. He is survived by : his wife Penny; his grandchild Laurie Deutsch (Frank); his great grandchildren, Lucas, Yvonne and Teresa Ward (Terry); his nephew Michael Van Acker (Kim); his sister-in-law Claudette Van Acker; and also, Taryn and Lindsey.

Memorial donations to the VON-Sakura House, Woodstock would be appreciated by the Van.
