He was predeceased by : his siblings, Mary James (Helen), Jack Finucan, Bartley Finucan, Michael Finucan, Lorne Finucan and Joseph Finucan.

He is survived by : his spouse Alma Finucan; his children, Ken Finucan (Marilyn), Mary Lou Cole (late Bruce), Clark Finucan (Robin), Debbie Belore (Matt) and Scott Finucan (Kirsten); and his cousin Tom. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
