He was predeceased by : his parents, Blake Burwell and Virginia Blakley. He is survived by : his spouse Mary Burwell; his children, Shon Burwell and Ned Burwell; his children-in-law, Deana and Lisa Burwell; his grandchildren, Blake and Joey Burwell; and his siblings, Tom, Linda, Terry, Mary, Trudy, Ross, Teresa, Lanny, Donna, Jim, Karen and Wade.
