He was predeceased by: his parents, Lionel Groulx and Therese Groulx; his son Ronald Groulx; and his siblings, Simone Jennings (Norman), Donald Groulx (Therese) and Jack Groulx (Yollande).
He is survived by: his wife Stella Haystead; his daughter Joanne Bouchard (Richard) of Newington; his sister Rita Seguin (late Gordon) of Cornwall; his grandchildren, Stephanie Casselman (Cody), Joshua Bourchard (Cindy), Chrissy Groulx and Kayla Groulx; and his great grandchildren, Jake, Kolton Casselman, Finley, River Bouchard, Taylor, Hailey and Brennan Leveille. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
