He was predeceased by: his parents, Irene (Jack Wilkins) and Robert; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne; his children, Christopher Collins (Brigette) and Tracy Kyle (Wade); his grandchildren, Alicia Weick, Chelsey Collins, Emmilee Collins, Brianna Collins and Brayden Collins; his great grandchildren, Aubree and Maeve; his brother Paul Collins; and his friends, Pete and Linda Winters. He is also survived by his family, friends.
