He was predeceased by: his parents, John Janssens and Alie Janssens; and his brother-in-law Freeman Boyd. He is survived by: his siblings, Marion Boyd of Meaford, Joyce Arthur of Vancouver, Jim Janssens (Jackie) of Inwood, Bob Janssens (Janine) of Watford and Alan Janssens (Annette) of London.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Denning's. A burial will be held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Arkona Cemetery.
