She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Percy and Clara Merkley; her parents, Harold Merkley and Dorothy Merkley; her sister Linda Gail Merkley; her brother-in-law Clarence O'Neil; her son Anthony; and her granddaughter Karen.
She is survived by: her children, Harold (Connie Shearer), Thomas (Christine Shearer), Ivan (Tracy Shearer) and Lisa (Jody Davidson); and her sister Judy (Bill Barnhartd). She is also survived by her many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephew and niece.
