He was predeceased by: his spouse Lois Johnstone; and his siblings, Helen, Velma, Lloyd and Ted.
He is survived by: his significant other Ethel Caldwell of Morrisburg; his children, Doug Stewart (Cathy) of Iroquois and Tracey Stewart (Norm) of Iroquois; and his grandchildren, Lindsay, Ryan Gilmer, Kaitlyn and Alex Stewart. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
