He was predeceased by: his spouse Guelda Rupert; his parents, Earl Rupert and Alberta Rupert; and his siblings, Donald and Verla Duhane.
He is survived by: his children, Sandra Kenney of Brockville and Ralph Rupert of Cardinal; and his granddaughter Lorie Kenney of Brockville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
