Sandra Burns Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra Burns of Iroquois, Ontario, who passed away on September 11, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Murray Dickson and Verna Dickson; her parents-in-law, John and Irene Burns; and her siblings, Linda McMillan, Gerry, Glenn, Dorlan and Donald Dickson.

She is survived by: her husband Tom Burns; her children, Dennis Burns (Sylviane) of Iroquois, Julie Bennett (Bill) of Iroquois and Jody Burns (Jasmin) of Iroquois; her sisters, Judy Veinotte (Harland) of Morrisburg and Alice Jarvis of Cornwall; her siblings-in-law, David Burns (Heather) of Kemptville and Cathy Copeland (Brian) of Spencerville; her grandchildren, Thomas, Deven, Nicholas (Katie), Cassidy (Drew) and Andy (Grace); and her close friend Muffin. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid restrictions a private celebration of Sandra's life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion in Iroquois.
