He was predeceased by: his grandfather Don Barkley of Baldwin. He is survived by: his parents, Bradley Hemingway and Deborah Hemingway of Jackson's Point; his grandmother Carol; his uncle Jason Barkley; his aunt Lori Barkley of Pefferlaw; his girlfriend Elizabeth Maracle; his girlfriend's sons, Mason and Parker of Jackson's Point; and his son Patrick of Vaughan. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In memory of Cody, donations made to the Cardiac Care Unit at Southlake Regional Health Centre would be appreciated.
