We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Daniel Salomie of Jacksons Point, Ontario. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, we release Daniel into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of our lives. And as we carry his memory forward, may we find comfort in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Daniel's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Ildiko Salomie and Mihail Salomie of Jackson's Point; his nieces, Penelope and Iris; his cousin Dan Mihailescu; and also Doina Mihailescu (Adrian).

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM and on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Forrest & Taylor Funeral Home (20846 Dalton Rd, Sutton West, ON L0E1R0). A prayer was held on Sunday, April 21st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 11:30 AM to 12:45 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Briar Hill Cemetery (5500 Black River Rd, Georgina, ON L0E). A reception was held on Monday, April 22nd 2024 at 1:45 PM at the same location.
