He was predeceased by: his wife Betty; his daughter Lynda; his brother Jack; and his grandchildren, Lori, Lisa (Steve), Matthew (Stephanie), Adam (Sarah), Lindsay (James) and Bryce (Julie).
He is survived by: his children, Susan Ashley (late David), Sandra Willett (late John) and David Harris (Trinh); and his close friend Marilyn Sherriff.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Meadowlands Salvation Army (187 Stone Church Rd, Ancaster, ON L9K1N1). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A reception was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the White Chapel Memorial Gardens (1895 Main St W, Hamilton, ON L8S1J2).
