He was predeceased by: his former wife Bonnie; his children, Larry and Lisa; his parents, Jason Eady and Ethel Eady; and his sister Lorraine.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Eady; his sister Dolores; and his friends, Stevie and Mary. He is also survived by his stepchildren, grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
