She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd Mulkins; and her sibling's children, Robert Smelser and Barb Smelser. She is survived by: her sibling's children, Larry Smelser (Gayle), Dave Smelser (Pauline), Sheldon Smelser and Shari (Chris Slack); and her close friend Theresa Salvatore.

There will be no funeral service due to the unfortunate circumstances of the COVID-19 outbreak.
