It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd Helka (Jarvis, Ontario), who passed away on April 5, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Floyd may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his father Bruce Freeman Helka. He is survived by: his mother Mary Katherine Helka; his children, Jason, Jeremiah and Amie; and his siblings, Dale (Rick Waxman), Faye (late Rodney Phibbs), Teresa Helka (Rob Turvey) and Brice (Irene). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
