He was predeceased by: his son Glen. He is survived by: his wife Janna; his children, Jo-Anne, Chris Teeuwsen, Gerdy, Pete Scharringa and Mary Prinzen; his brother Dick; and his sibling-in-law Hannie of The Netherlands.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cooper Funeral Home (19 Talbot St W, Jarvis, ON N0A1J0). A burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 10:15 AM at the Knox Presbyterian Church Cemetery (24 Walpole Drive, Jarvis, ON N0A1J0). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer Christian Reformed Church (139 Talbot St E, Jarvis, ON N0A1J0).
