He was predeceased by : his wife Martha Hogeterp; and his sister Baukje Visser (Jelle). He is survived by : his in-laws, Wiepe Taekema, Peter Hogeterp, Rose DeBeer, Pati Hogeterp, Hazel and Larry Schipper.
