He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Foster and Ellen Foster; his brothers, Jim and Doug Foster; his sisters-in-law, Barbara Foster and Kelly Beaupre; and his parents-in-law, Percy Beaupre and Cherie Beaupre.

He is survived by: his wife Donna; his children, Tracy Foster and Geoffrey Foster (Tasha); his grandchildren, Tyler Armstrong, Brayden Foster and Jamieson Foster; his brother Robert Foster; and his siblings-in-law, Anne Foster, Valerie Foster, Janie McTavish (John), Connie Streight (Terry), Patty Rathwell (Ritchie), Susan Birtch (Jim), Ronnie Beaupre (Karen), Debbie Bennett (late Alvin), Doug Beaupre (Marie), Brian Beaupre and Kevin Beaupre (Marlene). He is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
