We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2021, Robert Archibald Gemmell of Jasper, Ontario, born in Maidstone, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his son Jim Kirk (Maria); his sisters, Dorcas Howitt (Len) and Eileen Langridge (Fred); his sisters-in-law, Phyllis Dowdall (Cal) and Leanore Ostermiller (John); and his great grandchild Jackson (Carolyn).

He is survived by: his son Blair (Kim); his sister Myrna Webster (Russ); his sister-in-law Virginia Munro (Art); his daughter-in-law Maria Gemmell (Jim); his grandchildren, Graham (Amanda), Carolyn (Kelly), Owen (Amy), Laura, Scott (Melissa), Katy (Jake), Lindsay (Mark), Andrew (Stephanie) and Cindy (Trevor); and his great grandchildren, Emily, Connor, Reese, Palmer, Blakely, Leo, Lincoln, Nylah, Benjamin, Alexandra, Karson, Kirklynn and Wolf. He is also survived by his extended family and many nieces, nephews and friends.
