She was predeceased by : her parents, Alex Nayanookeesic and Alexsandra Nayanookeesic; her siblings, Henry "Hank" Nayanookeesic, Harry "Moon" Nayanookeesic, James "Jimmy" Nayanookeesic, Gary "Shig" Nayanookeesic, Maurice Fournier and Elizabeth "Bushy" Ross (James "Jim" Graham); and her stepson Dollard Brisard.

She is survived by : her husband Joseph "Ossie" Brisard; her children, Georgina Nayanookeesic, Priscilla Graham (Robert) and Christopher Graham; her stepchildren, Bryon Brisard (Gerry), Delena Binguis, William Brisard (Mandy), Francine Donio and Joanne Dutil; her siblings, Joe Nayanookeeshik (Peggy), George Nayanookeesic (Tuulikki), Harvey Nayanookeesic (Sherri), John Shawayahamish, Mary "Ota" Metansinine (John) and Susan "Cuboo" Lemieux; and her pets, Max and Paco. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren, numerous sisters and brothers – in law, nieces, nephews and godchildren.
