He was predeceased by : his parents, Lydia Liimatainen and Ossian Liimatainen. He is survived by : his wife Brenda; his son David (Kathleen); his grandchildren, Owen and Emma; his brother-in-law Brian Koivu (Ann); his godson Matthew Koivu; and his pet Vanna.
