He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur Lysons and Irene Atwood. He is survived by : his wife Sheila Atwood; his sons, Dan (Betty Ann) and Eric (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Chelsea (Tyler) and Curtis; his brother Peter Atwood (Donna); and his siblings-in-law, Audrey (Georges), Josette, Patricia (Claude), Madeleine (Adrien), Lili (Ron), Roger (Lise), Louise and Ghyslain.
