David left this world on September 22, 2025 at the age of 67, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Holly (Jeff), Justin (Val), Tiffany (Justin) and Brandy (Dimitri); his grandchildren, Sophie, London, Evie and Nathan; his parents, Zigmunt Chadala and Anne Chadala (Pavlech); and his brothers, Dennis, Robert (Judy) and John. He was also cherished by many other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kelly Funeral Home - Kanata Chapel (580 Eagleson Rd, Kanata, ON K2M1H4). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
