He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Foulkes and Margot Foulkes. He is survived by : his wife Julianne; his children, Olivia Ann Foulkes, Braden Andrew Fortescue Foulkes (Sammie Garrison) and Alexandra Bennett (Benjamin Kalil); his brother Robert Foulkes (Suzanne); his parents-in-law, Gene Esposito and Julia Esposito; his siblings-in-law, Robert Esposito, Tom Burns and Susan; his uncles, Peter Montgomery and Tim Foulkes (Ellen); his cousin Michelle Montgomery; his niece Heather Burns; and his nephew Mark Burns.
