He was predeceased by: his brother Fred; his parents, Elizabeth and John; and his wife Caroline Wambera. He is survived by: his children, Katherine (Jon), Tanya (Neil) and Peter (Krista); his grandchildren, Jacques, Sophie, Cole, Dylan and Theo; and his significant other Judy Garner.
