He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hawkins and Marjorie Hawkins (Packman); and his brother Paul. He is survived by: his wife Julie Grant; his children, Jeff (Holly) and Jackie (Brian); his grandchildren, Henry, Hannah, Alistair and Evie; his siblings, Robert and Dustie; and his sister-in-law Lana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Kanata Legion Branch 638 (70 Hines Rd, Kanata, ON K2K3E7). A reception will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM at the same location.
