He was loved and cherished by many people including: his significant other Jenny Slade; his children, Craig (Jessica), Matt (Jeri Lynn), Lisa (Ralph), Rick (Joan), Elizabeth (Brandon), Larry and Robert; his grandchildren, Brooke, Summer, Jacob, Wyatt, Kyra, Jorja, Lucy, Lark and Alora; his parents, Phyllis Slade and Dennis Slade; and his sister Jennifer. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews.
