It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roy Carlton Ergus of Kanata, Ontario, born in Kingston, Ontario, who passed away on June 5, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Carrol Ergus and May Griffits; his brother Allen; and his grandsons, Julian and Michael.

He is survived by : his wife Jennifer Ergus; his children, Karen, Sonji (Pedro), Shawn, Aretha, Carlene (Audley), Paul Sr. (Paulette), Roy Jr. and Richard; his stepdaughter Sharon; his cousins, Shirley, Leon, Marcia and Easton; his grandchildren, Aaron, Ryan, Malik, Jumaul, Jermaine, Jamila, Nicholas, Jaila Marie, Shalayane, Kyla, Skyy, Sheikira, Aalayah, Paul Jr., Jahlia, Phillip, Tia, Paula, Roy III, Chenelle Rae, Jerome, Daniel, David, Allyson, Joshua, Joel, Jeremy, Aisha, John, Taysha Richardson-Cameron and Kalea Richrdson-Cameron; and his nephew Lyndon Wiggins.
