We are sad to announce that on January 19, 2021, at the age of 86, Sonia Marie (Furlani) Schaefer (Kanata, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her brothers, Ron and Roy Furlani; and her sister-in-law Jean Furlani. She is survived by : her husband Ted Schaefer; her sons, Terry (Pamela) and Keith (Connie); her brother Ray Furlani (Heather); and her grandchildren, Korey (Ashley), Katelyn (Michael), Kayla, Kurtis, Ezra and Kasey.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Diabetes Canada and the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
