She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Douglas Parkin; her children, Glenn Parkin (Sandra) and Dennis Parkin (Anitia); her grandsons, James and Douglas; and her siblings, Edna Jones (Alan), Vera Thomas and Lorne Quakenbush (Eileen). She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
