She is survived by : her husband Rev. Neil Stephens; her children, Andrea Ciccarelli (Larry), Jeremy (Jody), Patrick (Mallory) and Adrian (Brenna); her grandchildren, Amani, Shireen Ciccarelli, Liam, Cara Stephens, Esther, Rupert Stephens, Rory, Margaret and Anna Stephens; and her siblings, John Simmons (Karen) and Emily Clay (Ricky).

Due to Covid19 regulations, a Celebration of Thanksgiving to God for Cynthia's life will take place at a later date.
