She was predeceased by: her son Geoffrey Crouse; her grandchildren, Steven Monforton (Crystal), Michelle Mitchell (Cory), Claudia Crouse, Trevor and Courtney Phillips; and her great grandchildren, Sierra, Andrew, Joseph Monforton, Breelyn and Kaelum Mitchell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Monforton (Domenic Di Nobile) and Monique Phillips; and her sister Jeanne Campbell.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Tubman Funeral Homes - Kars Chapel (1610 Roger Stevens Dr, Kars, ON K0A2E0). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location. A reception was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 1:45 PM to 3:15 PM at the same location.
