The family announces the passing of Barbara Jean Bader (Kawartha Lakes, Ontario) on September 17, 2026. Barbara, born on March 22, 1940, was part of many shared moments and relationships throughout life. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Barbara will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around her. Friends and family will honour Barbara by reflecting on shared memories and the positive influence she had in their lives. Though Barbara is no longer present, the bonds she created and the experiences shared will endure. Barbara’s memory will continue to be a source of comfort for all who knew her.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: husband: Fred Bader; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mackey Celebrations Inc. (35 Lindsay St N, Lindsay, ON K9V1T3). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society of Canada Kawartha Lakes (https://alzheimer.ca) or TLC The Life Centre would be gratefully appreciated by the family.
