She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Hazen Ronald Blair; her children, William Blair (Joan), Wanda Blair, Gwendolyn Blair, Scott Blair (Crystal), Heather Dart (Barry) and James Blair (Angelica); and her siblings, Shirley Rodgers (late Jim), Lois Grant (Bill), Marvin Wicks (late Nancy) and Faye Matthewman (Doug). She was also cherished by her children and numerous grandchildren.
