She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Levely and John McKinnon; her husbands, John Gustavsen and William Perry; her son Dennis; and her granddaughter Marcie Shawna.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley (Don), Jean, Nancy, Thomas (Elouise), William (Donna), Trevor (Heather) and Lorraine (Joe); her grandchildren, Sherrilynn, Jim, Amy, Darian, David, Matthew, Justin, Adam, Melissa, Aleisha, Stephanie, Samantha, Nicholas, Angela, Trevor, Jacqui, Cameron and Madison; and her sister-in-law Ruth Barber. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
