Evan Morrison Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on August 16, 2025, Evan Morrison (Kawartha Lakes, Ontario) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Evan farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Evan is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, David Morrison and Colleen Morrison (Garbutt); his grandfather Reg Garbutt; and his aunts and uncles, Julia Morrison (Leonard Chaplinsky), Chris (Nancy Morrison), Terri Garbutt (John Kupskay), Shannon (Stephen Rowe), Farrell (Cathy Garbutt) and Herb (Merry Garbutt). He was also cherished by his 10 cousins, five nieces and nephews, and large extended family.
