With sadness, we share the passing of Lila Mable Coombs (Kawartha Lakes, Ontario). Lila, born on June 1, 1934, passed away on September 28, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lila Mable Coombs to pay them a last tribute.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Maughan and Luella Maughan; her siblings, Jessie Clarey (Dave), Mary Flanningan (Scotty), Margie Kidd (Walker) and Bruce Maughan; her husband Donald Tompkins; her children, Betty Thacker (Randy), Bonnie Fitzgerald (Craig) and Jeff Coombs (Keri); and her stepsons, Gord Coombs (Rhonda), Doug Coombs (Sharon) and Jim Coombs (Susan).

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mackey Funeral Home (33 Peel St, Lindsay, ON K9V3L9). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

If desired, a memorial donation can be made to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation, or the Alzheimer's Society of Kawartha Lakes, which would be appreciated by her family.
