He was predeceased by: his parents, Gord Mackey and Kay Mackey; and his siblings, Gordy, Susan (Gerry) and Linda.
He is survived by: his brother Jim (Janet); his wife Stephanie; his children, Sophia, Thomas, Joseph and Natasha; and also, Linden, Gordon and James.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Mackey Funeral Home (33 Peel St, Lindsay, ON K9V3L9). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mackey Celebrations (35 Lindsay St N, Lindsay, ON K9V1T3).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Kawartha Lakes, or to Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation, which would be appreciated by the family.
