She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Shorts and Carole Shorts. She is survived by: her husband John McLeod; her children, Lesley (Peter), Amanda (Cory) and Mark (Hailey); her grandchildren, Bennett and Croía; her siblings, Lorry Shorts (Melinda) and Darren Shorts (Alex); her in-laws, Brian and Linda McLeod; and her siblings-in-law, Kevin McLeod and LeeAnne Lloyd (Brad). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Big Brothers Big Sisters of Kawartha Lakes would be appreciated by the family. Donations may be made by cheque through the funeral home or online.
